3RROD on the xbox again!

A few days ago I got the 0110 error and reflowed it with a heatgun, worked fine for 30 seconds until telling me it had 0031. The RAM chips are now broken and will need replaced. Today I took all of the RAM chips of, I am not sure to bother fixing this motherboard as it will be a pain to fix, looks like im gonna buy a new jasper motherboard.

Anybody know where to get replacement ram chips?

Anyone know where to get a template so I can reball the ram chips?
